Our team
Our team consists of two very experienced lawyers who were
nominated for the position of notary as to give particular legal activities
their proper form and to allow clients to meet the legal requirements in Polish
legal order.
Notary form of actions
The notary is obliged to give certain legal activities their proper form when it is stated strictly by the law or in the case when the parties would like to conduct legal actions in a form of notary act.
